Do you have a map of the campground?
Yes. Please download our map by clicking this link Bristol Campground Map
Do you still have good sites available?
Yes. We have over 2,700 large sites on 113 acres. We have never run out of campsites.
How far is the campground from the track?
We are within easy walking distance of the track (9/10 mile). We are just across the road from the track. Most of that distance is on the track’s property.
The speedway has free shuttles just across the street at Bus Stop 7, at the intersection of Copperhead Road and Sweet Knobs Trail.
Are pets OK?
Yes, many consider their pets to be like their children and do not go anywhere without them. Your pet is welcome here, so long as they don’t bite or bark all the time. We expect you to keep your pet under your control at all times.
Does BCG have electric hookups?
Bristol Campground offers a limited number of Electric/Water Hookups at $150 Extra.
You may run your generator 24/7. There are so many people that need to run sleep apnea machines, oxygen generators and other medical devices that this is a necessity.
If you have a loud generator, let us know in advance and we will locate you so that it won’t bother other campers.
Ladies, we do have electric at the showers so you can blow dry and roll your hair.
Do you allow tents?
Yes, we welcome tents (no more than two to a site). We are a very big campground (113 acres). We handle everything from the biggest 46′, 6 slide, diesel coaches & monster 5th wheels, to the humblest pup tents, and all of the popups, truck campers, and tow behinds, too. We take care where we site them based on the requirements of the camping unit and what you have requested, because we care – we are campers, too.
Can we bring an alternate means of transportation such as golf carts, ATV’s, 4 wheelers, etc.?
Golf carts are fine, so long as they are operated responsibly. In fact, we encourage you to bring your golf carts and join in the golf cart parade. There are 10.3 miles of roads on the campground and lots of new friends to meet and visit with. There is a $10 registration fee so we can keep up with them.
Sadly, ATV’s, 4 Wheelers, 3 Wheelers, and mini-bikes are banned because a small handful could not obey the rules and drove irresponsibly.
Under no circumstances can you operate any vehicle on the campground while under the influence of alcohol. This is for your safety and the safety of our other guests.
